Unless otherwise expressly indicated, AC&G, S.A. is the whole and exclusive owner or, if applicable, holder of the corresponding licences relating to all the intellectual property rights, rights of industrial property, rights of dominion on the Internet and associated aspects for the content that is: documental, graphic, musical, audiovisual, multimedia, scientific, artistic and methodological that can be accessed via, among others, the domain name “www.ac-g.es (henceforward, the “WEBSITE”).
It is prohibited to reproduce, publicly communicate, the use and the transformation or modification of said contents without the express and written prior authorisation of AC&G, S.A., including citing the source, and independently of the remunerative or otherwise character of said acts. Any infraction of the aforementioned rights will give rise to the established legal liabilities.
By accessing the WEBSITE, the User accepts without reservation the present General Conditions of Use. Access of the WEBSITE is done under the exclusive responsibility of the person doing so.
The User undertakes to use the WEBSITE in conformity with the law, with the present General Conditions of Use, with public order as well as with the norms and customs generally accepted in the sector in which AC&G, S.A. carries out its activities. The User is obliged to abstain from using the WEBSITE with aims contrary to that established in these General Conditions of Use or detrimental to the rights and interests of third parties, or that could in any way damage, render useless, overload or deteriorate the WEBSITE and its systems or impede normal use of the WEBSITE on the part of other Users. In the same manner, use of the WEBSITE for commercial ends on the part of Users is entirely prohibited.
AC&G, S.A. does not guarantee nor assume any liability for (i) the functioning, availability, accessibility or continuity of the information, contents and services included in the WEBSITE; (ii) the maintenance of the information, contents and services existing on the WEBSITE; and (iii) its quality, reliability, suitability and utility. Likewise, AC&G, S.A. reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to the WEBSITE at any time without it being necessary to warn or provide any reason.
AC&G, S.A. does not control nor guarantee the absence of virus nor other elements in the contents which can produce alterations in information systems, electronic documents, and files stored in the information systems of the Users.
AC&G, S.A. declares and states its good faith in the development and updating of the WEBSITE. Nevertheless, in the hypothetical event that any User considers any of the elements and / or contents of the WEBSITE to infringe on their rights or the rights of third parties, we request the immediate communication of said circumstance to AC&G, S.A. via any of the means of contact shown on the WEBSITE, with the aim of taking the necessary measures in conformity with current legislation.
All such persons that have the intention of establishing a text or graphical link from their web page to the WEBSITE must respect the following conditions: (i) the link must go to the home-page of the WEBSITE; (ii) the WEBSITE must be shown from the server used by AC&G, S.A. without browsers, frames nor any other applications or additions that transform in any way the original content, design and structure of the WEBSITE; (iii) no false statement or incorrect information will appear about the WEBSITE from the web page on which the link appears; (iv) the web page which makes the link will not contain information or contents contrary to the law, to the present General Conditions of Use, to public order, to the norms and customs generally accepted in the sector of activity of AC&G, S.A. nor will it contain contents contrary to any rights of third parties; and (v) the establishment of the link between the web page of the User and the WEBSITE does not in any way imply the existence of relations between the two nor between their owners, and it can not be understood in any way that AC&G, S.A. authorised the link, or supervised or assumed in any way the contents or services of the web page on which the link appears. As a consequence, AC&G, S.A. reserves the right to prohibit the link to its WEBSITE at any time, without it being necessary to allege any cause or justification for doing so.
In the event that for access to a particular content or service of the WEBSITE it will be necessary to register some data of a personally identifiable character of the User, AC&G, S.A. will comply with that established in the Law 34/2002, the 11th of July, on Protection of Data of a Personal Nature and other applicable legislation. AC&G, S.A. will take the suitable means to guarantee the confidentiality and security of the same.
All questions relating to the WEBSITE are governed by the Laws of the Kingdom of Spain and are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Judges and Courts of the Kingdom of Spain.
